Review: We were invited to choose a party pack to review from Party Bags & Supplies, and as the kids are loving the Minions at the moment (who isn’t?!), we chose this Despicable Me Minions set, which costs just £22.00 and contains party supplies for 8 people.
The parcel came quite quickly after I was told of despatch, and the supplies were well packed with air bubbles, and paper. The pre-filled party bags were in two sealed paper bags as well, making sure that their contents stayed put in transit.
Included in the pack is a tablecloth, 8 paper cups, 8 paper plates, a packet of 20 paper napkins, and 8 pre-filled party bags. The bags included a sheet of stickers, a blower, some vimto popping candy, and some magic touchable bubbles. I liked that the contents are partly Minions themed, with the stickers and the blowers, and that there aren’t too many sweets included which is a pet hate of mine when it comes to party bags.
All of the supplies were of decent quality and the theme works together very well. A lot of orange though! We wiped off & folded up the tablecloth after using it and we will be able to use it for a while when doing messy crafts, etc. After a particularly messy party I would just throw it out though, admittedly.
The table looked great when laid and I could just imagine this with kids party food all over – especially if you went for some yellow and blue minion themed food. Georgie and Lydia loved it! I was going to save the supplies for our next kids party but instead we used it for my 30th birthday to make it a bit more special… mostly for the girls who thought it was great fun.
None of the cups leaked, the napkins did their job for wiping up spills and messy faces, and the plates were great for the kid’s meals and everybody’s slices of yummy chocolate cake.
You certainly get a lot of partyware for your money, it all looked great, and the kids really enjoyed Mummy’s Minion 30th birthday dinner! 5 stars.
